Capt'n Ants Meets the Natives....Christchurch BB&BBQs Ahoy there! joined the land lubbers of Christchurch at their Beer festival in the park ....arrived early doors to give Luke of realbeer.co.nz a hand setting up his stall....a glass of ale and a T-Shirt were greatfully received in payment for my labours. Mmmm! beer festival....what should I do....? The beers were bought with BBQ Bucks which you purchased from the BBQ Bucks Bank, 10 dollars getting you 16 BBQ Bucks....these purchased I set course for the nearest taste bud teaser :) I've just put the photos I took of the day onto this page below for now... details of the beers tasted will be appearing later as I'm still travelling about NZ....must dash!....scroll down for pics or click here for Blenhiem Blues Booze and BBQs fest info and Pics Setting up the realbeer.co.nz marquee...   A Miner indiscretion.... Yogic beer contemplation..... One for the ladies.... The beer Olympics.....100 metre amble... The man who has everything...Rollies, Beer and erm Boobs? Enjoying the entertainment from Beer Tricks Potter... Montieth's new weight watchers' beer....well it must be working..it's made this gent lean already...:) If your feeling thirsty and your throat is dry.....who yer gonna call?....Thirst Busters! Sarah got to the food just in time.... Baldrick and Black Udder..... Beer Path finding amongst the crowds... Proof that lack of a neck doesn't hinder your enjoyment of beer... The CD tent....no music but plenty of notes for your taste buds...... A couple of sizzlers... Relaxing with the locals.... Captain New Zeand, Elvis, Cap'n Ants and BB&BBQ Girl! how's that for a collection of super heros. Bob impressed the ladies.... No bill don't pour it down yer trousers pour it down your neck! Invited to stay for the remainder of the week at this Student house.....so I did :) Drinking from the double barreled drinking machine! Had a quiet drink in the evening with someone fresh out of the Betty Ford Clinic...at least I think she was cured.... Well best be orf and catch the tide......all aboard.....splice the mains'l.....make ready and cast off those big heavy ropes.....set sail for the open seas and mind the sand bar......catch you laters land lubbers!........
